Compost & Brush Pickup:
Brush and compost will be picked up on Mondays, unless it is raining.
Brush needs to be stacked at the curb with the branches all going the same direction and the cut end at the curb. If removing shrubs all roots must be free of rocks and dirt to be picked up. This service is meant for tree trimming or grooming but not for total tree removal.
Compost is only picked up on Mondays. Grass clippings/leaves will only be picked up if they are in BioBag Lawn & Leaf Bags. BioBags are sold at Village Hall with prices as follows: $1.00/bag; $4.00 for 5 bags or $7.50 for 10 bags.
Drop-off site:
You can also drop your brush and compost off at the Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 750 Highway 65. This site is available to Village of Roberts residents weekdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday mornings from 8:00 to 12:00. If you are using the compost site, please do not leave any plastic bags behind unless they are biodegradable. You must dump your own bags, grass clippings, leaves and brush. The site does not allow for tree roots, landscaping rocks or plastic, or construction debris.
There will be no curbside pickup done the week of Memorial Day.
